Recently, some of our diabetic customers asked whether we could provide help in identifying food that does not materially affect blood sugar levels. (Such food is said to be low on the Glycemic Index). Others asked whether we knew of recipes for such foods. When our customers ask for help we try to accommodate them. This seemed to be such an opportunity.
